CANCELLATION POLICY

•Please ensure punctuality for our scheduled appointment. We kindly request that you, as our valued client, take traffic into consideration and make the necessary arrangements to arrive on time. •If Client is not able to get to the appointment on time, Client will be subject to the following fees: If client cancels day-of or does not show, Client will be subjected to a $40 fee and 100% of service forfeiting Retainer; will be owed to artsit. 5 mins late $15 late fee fee will be added onto total 10 mins late $25 late fee will be added onto total 15 mins late $40 fee Automatic Cancellation Full service of the total will be owed to Artist forfeited retainer. •If Client decides to reschedule a $20 will be charged (clients must reschedule within 5 days before appointment to validate) In the event of cancellation or non-appearance by the Client on the day of the scheduled appointment, a fee of $40 shall be incurred, and the full service fee shall become payable, resulting in the forfeiture of the retainer.
