CANCELLATION POLICY

PUNCTUALITY & LATE ARRIVALS Please ensure punctuality for your scheduled appointment. We kindly ask that all clients take traffic and other possible delays into consideration and make the necessary arrangements to arrive on time. Late fees are as follows: 5 minutes late: $15 late fee added to your total 10 minutes late: $25 late fee added to your total 15 minutes late: Automatic cancellation. Your retainer will be forfeited and 100% of the scheduled service total will be due. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS In the event of a same-day cancellation or no-show, your retainer will be forfeited and 100% of the scheduled service total will be due. RESCHEDULING A $25 rescheduling fee will apply. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment to be eligible for rescheduling.
